Peanuts and coffee roasters:

The roaster capacity is 80 liter, about 40 kg per meal.
Automatic motors, works on gas, for heating and on electrical power , 380 volts – 50 – 60 Hertz.
Agitator roaster
Roaster is made of stainless steel, for the parts that are in touch with the roasted goods. And it is coated with stainless steel layer, equipped with an electrical panel to protect the motors.
The roaster is equipped with stainless steal sieve (net) to sort the goods and empty it automatically.
The machine has three motors.

Salting Machine:

The salting machine has a stainless steel agitator for the pot, it has two motors , and equipped with electrical panel to control the motors. 380 Volts, 50 – 60 Volts.

Drying Machine ( Cooler ) :

The upper side is made of stainless steel. Equipped with turbine to exhaust moisture and to cool the goods.

Peanut boiling machine:

Capacity is about 40 kg of peanut, it works on electrical power or on gas in water heating.
Completely made of stainless steal and equipped with electrical panel.
The basket is automatically moved inside the water tank.

Coating Machine:

Capacity : about 30 kg.
The pot is made of copper (or stainless steel) and it is equipped with a heating source.
It works on gas, it coats the Krykry peanuts and almonds (coated with sugar).

Kajou Frying Machine:

Capacity is about 10 kg of Kajou.
It works on the electrical power in oil heating. The machine is completely made of stainless steel.

Frying Machine

The machine is made of Stainless Steel; it fries all types of nuts just like (almonds, peanuts, cachios) with the boiled oil. Then the machine dries the nuts from oil completely. After that, it cools them and discharges them automatically.
All of the above steps are being done by just one complete machine that works by gas or diesel for heat. And on electrical power for motors (380 V / 50 – 60 Hz.)
